There is nothing inherently wrong with passing on work to subcontractors. Many businesses operate this way. We prefer not to. When you hire us for your Toowoomba floor polishing project, all our work is done by in-house, skilled staff. Supervised by me (Josh, the owner) to ensure consistent, high-quality results. I'll be there at the estimate, throughout the project with my team, and at completion to make sure everything is perfect.

The finish you choose will directly affect your wood floor's long-term durability. You don't want your timber floors to look worn after just a few years. We don't want that either. So we're big sticklers for using only the best quality products and finishes.

Our finish systems are only recommended after thorough testing and experimenting for durability, looks, and ease of maintenance.

We stay very up-to-date with the industry, so if you find a finish you like the sound of, there's a good chance we've already tested it and can give you real-life feedback.
