BLACKBUTT FLOOR SANDING & POLISHING PHOTOS
Blackbutt timber flooring is another popular floor we sand and polish quite a lot of here in Toowoomba. It has the hardeness and durability of Spotted Gum, while being a little more pale and consistant and neutral in color. This timber is a fast growing, hard-wearing local species. Perfect for flooring. Great looking in a modern home, or a heritage miners cottage.
Quite a few older homes here in Toowoomba have original Blackbutt floors. If you have one, you're very fortunate. They look fantastic, sanded and polished and restored back to new.
